Questions design partners actually ask.
Is the pilot really free?
Design-partner pilots are free for the pilot duration, in exchange for structured feedback throughout. If results are positive, we'll also ask about referencing your team (or an anonymized version) as a case study. That part's optional and up to you.
What do you need from us?
A handful of field workers willing to try it for a few weeks, one onboarding session, brief weekly check-ins, and honest feedback, including "this doesn't work" feedback. That's what a pilot is for.
Is our data safe during the pilot?
Yes: encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per organization, exportable or deletable on request, with a Data Processing Agreement available before the pilot begins. If TerraKoe learns your jargon during the pilot, that tuning is trained on your data for your operation only and never shared.
